We are an artisan micro bakery that specializes in slow fermentation bread. We only use organic stoneground flour, salt, water and yeast without any of the improvers and preservatives found in most commercially produced breads.
Our customer base is made up of people who buy bread for taste and not convenience and to this end our ethos built around quality of the product and the welfare of our clients.
We use a sourdough culture in a number of our breads to impart a better taste and keeping quality that is essential in good bread.
We are really looking forward to selling our bread at the Guildhall market on Sunday and to meeting new customers.
