The evenings may be drawing in and the days may be wetter but there are still lots of fabulous family activities in Exeter this weekend.
Cider and Apple Festival, Killerton, 14th-15th October
My daughter still calls this the bee festival after a rather special time making wax bees with the Love Local Food crew. Killerton’s cider and apple festival is a national treasure – a perfect mix of stunning surroundings, beautiful countryside, amazing stalls and more apples and cider than you can shake a tree at.
Little Monsters Baby and Children’s Nearly New Sale Magdalen Court School, 15th October
Get some bargain pre-loved baby and children kit – you could save a fortune! There will be 30 stalls including preloved, crafts and local businesses.
Squash Harvest Community Day, Shillingford, 15th October
Another lovely harvest day at Shillingford – don’t forget to book in advance. It’s a free event with a suggested donation of £3 to park.
And if you are looking to plan ahead, don’t forget our roundups:
I hope you’ve found this roundup of family activities in Exeter useful – enjoy your weekend whatever the weather.
